About the Author

Mayowa J. Ajibodu, fondly known as Mr. Shun, is a man on a divine mission —sent by God to raise a generation of young people who will be influential in ministry and business. As a minister of the gospel, he is passionate about imparting truth, purpose, and vision to youths worldwide.

He is the host of the annual Triple-M Conference, a youth impartation event that equips young minds to thrive in ministry and walk in destiny. With a degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, Mayowa combines spiritual insight with strategic thinking, allowing him to mentor emerging leaders while fostering peace, purpose, and social transformation.

At his core, Mayowa is a change agent and a nation builder. For years, he has designed and implemented life-changing youth advocacy initiatives, authored three books on capacity development, and created support systems that empower the next generation.
He is the Founder and Board Member of key not-for-profit organizations, including: The Live Initiative (Canada), Shun Unemployment Foundation (Nigeria), and Young Canadian Change-Makers.

His commitment to nation-building and youth empowerment has earned him several accolades, including the Global Entrepreneurs Award and recognition as one of the 100 Iconic African Personalities of 2025. He is also a member of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, reinforcing his lifelong dedication to peace and people
