Omole Oluwaseun Remilekun is a native of Ilesha, Osun State. She attended Mayflower Junior and Senior School in Ikenne, Ogun State and later completed her secondary education at Lagos Anglican Girls Grammar School in Surulere, Lagos State. She holds a bachelor of Nursing from Babcock University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Coventry University, United Kingdom.

Omole Oluwaseun Remilekun is a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, and a Registered Public Health Nurse. She is also a Fellow of the West African College of Nursing and Midwives, with a research focus on Community and Public Health.
