Venerable Adewale Sanda is a clergyman and a former Director of Forestry of Oyo State, Nigeria. Born on Easter Sunday, April 5th, 1953 to the family of the late Chief Benjamin Adeyemo and Mrs. Mobolaji Sanda. He brought honor to Nigeria (Gold Medal) by being the best student in Tropical Sericulture (the Production of Pure Natural Silk from Plant and Insect) at the International Centre for Training and Research in Tropical Sericulture in Mysore, India.
He was ordained a Deacon in the Ibadan Anglican Diocese in 1999 and became a priest in 2000. Since then, he has been given opportunities to serve in different churches. He is the present vicar of St. Anne’s Anglican Church Molete, Ibadan, and the Chairman of Ibadan Anglican Diocese NGO Rural and Urban Stewardship Initiatives for Sustainable Development (RUSISD) Ven. Adewale Sanda is happily married to Mrs Jokotade Oluremi Sanda and the marriage is blessed with three adorable and God-fearing children.
