A member of influential organizations such as the HR Forbes Council, the European Mentorship & Coaching Council, and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) USA, Omokunbi is also a sought-after speaker who inspires audiences with her insights on leadership and personal growth.

As the founder of the Kunbi Adeoti Mentorship Academy (KAMA), she is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders by helping them unlock and amplify their potential.
