About the Author
Nkemdilim Izuako is a retired judge of the United Nations Dispute Tribunal. She is a former high court Judge of the Anambra State judiciary and has served as a commonwealth Judge to the Gambia and Solomon Islands.
She nurses a passion for teaching, engaging in guest lecturer appearances at various universities, and is a fellow of the LSE Centre for the Study of Human Rights.
She is a renowned women’s rights activist and has conducted extensive research on, and written articles surrounding the inhuman treatment endured by widows in the Eastern part of Nigeria. Izuako is also a seasoned expert in the field of International Administrative Law having authored several publications on it.
She lives in the town of Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria. Without Fear or Favour: The Memoirs of Judge Nkemdilim Izuako is her first book.
