As founder of The Vine Grace Academy and minister in charge of teens church for over two decades, Funmi has inspired, empowered and championed the course of adolescents and young adults to actualize their potential, raising impactful adults and leaders.
Funmi is married to Dr John Bankole and is a mom of three (3) great young adults.
She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria; she is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons, an accomplished Public Health Ophthalmologist, and an alumnus of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
She is a good manager of resources. She has held several leadership positions at the state and national levels in the health sector in Nigeria. She has received several leadership awards for her contributions to the health care industry.
