About the Author

Efe Fagbeja is a Self-Discovery and Personal Fulfillment Coach for women. She is the Convener of Behind Closed Doors, a transformational seminar for women; and the DBA Women’s Leadership Academy, a training ground for young women. She has been speaking to women since 2006. She has a B.Sc in Economics, and a Master’s in Intl Business, and is also a GIA-certified jewellery designer, and a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.

She had about 8 years of work experience in various roles before quitting paid employment in 2009. Her professional experience spans roles in HR, Market Research, Retail Sales, and majorly, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She ran her award-winning jewellery brand, Ìşúra, for 10 years before pivoting into Speaking/Writing/Training. She is the Convener of the Grace Acts Initiative, a nonprofit organisation that helps widows, single mothers, victims of domestic violence, and indigent women. She served on the board of the Global Entrepreneurship Network, Osun State Chapter, as the Director of Training in 2019, and is currently on the board of Mondo Internazionale Nigeria, a position she has held since 2019, as well as a number of other socially-oriented organisations. She is the author of 4 books to date.
