She focuses on casting new faces and providing a platform for young creatives, which is in line with her staunch belief that the sustainability of the movie industry depends largely on giving the young ones a chance. She has been involved in a number of charities, but her main focus is the Yvonne Nelson Glaucoma Foundation, which creates awareness about the silent taker of sights..
