ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Amos Olusegun, Ologunleko is a highly accomplished leader, executive coach, mentor, certified management expert, and engineering manager. He graduated with First Class honors division from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUT, Akure) in 1991 where he was the overall best graduating student and valedictorian. Amos went on to earn three master’s degrees in Communication Physics (FUT, Akure), Management (Robert Gordon University, UK), and Industrial Automation Engineering (Engineering Institute of Technology, Australia). He was a recipient of the prestigious Award of Excellence at the Engineering Institute of Technology, Australia during a convocation ceremony in October 2022. He’s a Registered Engineer with COREN and a member of many professional bodies domestically and abroad. Amos is the pioneer Plant Integrity Assurance Manager at Nigeria LNG Limited where he has achieved outstanding results by applying the leadership concepts in his book. He is well-known for his unique style of adapting acronyms or mnemonics to express team goals and aspirations. Amos is happily married to Olubunmi and he’s blessed with two lovely daughters, Monijesu and Jesutoni.
