About the Author

Emeka Ejikonye holds a doctorate degree (PhD) in Public Administration with a specialization in Public Budgeting, Masters in Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts in History (B.A. Honours). He has a long and varied work experience spanning the Nigerian public and private sectors. He was at various times a Special Assistant to a former Minister of Interior and Registrar of the Imo State University. Dr Emeka Ejikonye holds Fellowships at the Nigerian Institutes of Management Consultants (fimc), Institute of Corporate Administration (fcai) and Institute of Policy Management Development (fipmd). He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over twenty (20) years of Consulting experience. His field of expertise is in the coordination (that is, aggregation and feedback) of administrative-performance-information for strengthening the institutional-resource-management-capacity of Government in Public Service Delivery. Presently, Dr Emeka Ejikonye is the Principal Consultant cum Chief Executive Officer of ReGo Consulting Ng.
